Prompt Response: During my Holiday Break I went and did things I've never done. For one I went to Ponce City Market and The Rooftop. It was beautiful. Seeing all the big building of Atlanta was one great experience. The food at Ponce was so good and they had a variety of foods. From Chinese, Mexican, and even German food. It was all great and I'd definitely recommend going there for a nice night out. Summary: Today in class we wrote 4 goals for this year. Reflection: Having an opportunity to sit down and write goals was great. I got to think about what I want to accomplish this year and have in mind for the future. FOUR GOALS: The first goal I want to start with is losing at least 15 lbs by May of this year. Reaching this goal would help me feel better physically, mentally, and gain more confidence within myself.
